I am very excited to start this diet....it sounds like something that is just what I need. I really liked the content-motivation and encouragement mixed in with lots of facts and research. However, when reading this book, the lack of editing or transition to the Kindle edition was terrible!! Did anyone look at the book before it was published? Many of the chapters, talking about days are missing the dash...such as days 511 instead of 5-11. Or several references to an 8 inch tortilla completely neglect to mention the inches...8 tortilla? Many parenthesis are missing and it lowers the quality of the book. I know this is picky, and I tried to ignore it, but it was distracting and I feel that for a book I'm paying for, someone should have done their job better!
