Batman may be on the cover, but this is a community book for the future of DC as a whole.
While of course we are all entitled to our opinion and there really is no story that is absolutely for everyone, I feel that any who look at this expecting JUST a Batman Beyond story (despite him being on the cover as an eye catch) aren't realizing that the title ISN'T 'Batman Beyond: Future's End," but "New 52" meaning, it's a community book. Much like the weekly '52' series was a community book.

Now, don't get me wrong. This can't hold a candle to 52. But I really commend the effort. I have been picking up this series weekly since the get go and I do agree at times it has been known to lose some steam and be almost a bit boring. But I realize that DC's comics have less pages in their regular books now and have the same number of ads they always have had so you won't get as much chapter to chapter as you may like.
