His examples are very much rooted in the real world, and understandable to anyone who's searching for more meaning in their lives. His "Seven Stages of Emergineering" give the reader a blueprint on how to work through the process. The stages include visioning, creating a plan, and acting "as if" the conditions you desire are already in your life. He includes exercises and meditations to assist you along the way.
I've read a lot of self-help books, and this one stands out. Rydall's sincerity and belief that a better world is possible through self understanding, made this especially inspiring.
