An excellent piece of work
An excellent piece of work. The most important points that are raised are to do with how the West simply does not understand the tensions between the Shia and the Sunni in the Middle East. The book also identifies the problem of Saudi spread Wahhabism. I suppose the book could have been fleshed out more, however that assumes the reader is incapable of basic internet searching, in which the case the book would have tread on already well worn paths. All this book did for me was add to my understanding of the problems that exist in Syria and Iraq.
